What Sydney Leannon dislikes about Jack's:
I visited the drive-thru and, living nearby, anticipated that my food would be fresh. However, I was disappointed to find grease on my burger, and the fries clearly tasted stale. My husband ordered the two-piece fried chicken, which also appeared to have been left out for some time. I get that it's fast food, but I honestly expected much better quality. View all feedback.

I ordered a grilled chicken BLT salad, but when I got home and opened the box, I discovered there was no chicken or bacon on it. I brought it back, even without a receipt, and they made it right for me.
Jacks is always been a great place to stop and eat but for some reason this time it seems very unorganized behind the counter and in the back . Not sure if it was to many people or not enough guidance or leadership. Sometimes you have to have 1 person in charge with the ability to be direct and keep things at 100 percent. And they had a small group of young employees sitting in the lobby talking about work and other things. It seems they just need a little help at getting back to they way it use to be..
I had the worst hamburger ever. It was a double with patties that were only 1/8 inch thick and completely dry. There was no cheese, and the burger was cold. Honestly, a microwave burger from a gas station would have tasted much better.
