The Elbow Room is a longtime favorite of mine, with a menu featuring delicious steaks, porterhouse, filet mignon, burgers, clams casino, clams on the half shell, shrimp cocktail, and salads. The food at this restaurant has consistently been top-notch for many years. The staff is also excellent, making for a great dining experience every time. View all feedback.

Steak was grizzel. Marinade was flat and tasted like bland tertaky. Oysters AND cocktail sauce was frozen and hadn't thawed completely. I was a big fan of the all the Elbow room restaurants. Tonight I brought my friends and our wives to that them to what I remember to be the best steaks on Long Island. I was actually embarrassed by the meals they serves.
