Food taste ok .. not like the ones in Bama ! The manager was trying to guide her crew but they just didn't have much ummph .. a sweet young girl came in for an interview dress beautifully and the older woman taking order said she's got to much going on towork her I hope she don't come back at 2:30.. man we won't be back id skip this place altogether and try another one
Food quality is obvious and excellent! First time my wife ate crinkle fries! Staff here are friendly and courteous. Good deals do exist. Nuggets compare better than Chick-fil-A. Jack burgers are juicy. Milkshakes bring all the customers. Maybe morediabetic options for drinks?
First time eating at this location. First impression walking in was really good, then we got to the counter to order person working the counter was very unfriendly didnt welcome us or answer any questions we had. Husband ordered his food first but hadto stop in the middle of his order bc we didn't know if the guy taking the order was actually taking the order as he was juststanding there, then I ordered the kids food and mine finally. Service time was decent . Get our food to the table, that we hadto wipe off, realize we were missing a meal go to counter let the unfriendly guy know and he hands me an open box of food thathe just threw fries in. I'm guessing the district manager was sitting behind us and he was genuinely concerned with whathappened and said he would handle the employees and that he was sorry. He is the only person at this location that was friendlyand welcoming ! We won't be back to this location !
Great chicken and tasty shake. I ordered dark meat, they gave me white but they readily switched it. The shake was too thick to drink with a straw but tasted great.
The first disappointment I've had at this location....good thing I wasnt starving
