I was really surprised. I didn't expect so much from a low place. I heard there was a new dm. it could explain the difference. Eating was excellent. much better than most ihops in the land. demarious (probably the writing guarded) was extremely friendly, helpful, was always on the dingen. one of the better experiences in an ihop in a long time. The atmosphere inside and outside is quite chilly. Unfortunately, the service is lacking. While you can see people coming and going, the pace of service is excruciatingly slow. With only four tables occupied, it shouldn't take an hour to be served a meal. When I worked here, it never took this long on a busy day. You really need to improve your staff.
