I also noticed that the tables were st... read more Additionally, the wait times at IHOP can be quite lengthy, so it’s not the best choice if you’re in a rush for breakfast. I also noticed that the tables were sticky, and one of the cups for the milk was not clean when it arrived. Overall, the food quality at IHOP is decent, but I would recommend considering other options. It seems that IHOP isn’t quite what it once was.

The eggs, pancakes, hash b... read more The breakfast experience was great, and the service was wonderful. The Grand Slam meal was satisfactory, and the bacon wasn’t greasy. The eggs, pancakes, hash browns, and ham were really delicious. The only issue was that the air conditioning was broken, and the staff had to endure the heat. Despite the uncomfortable conditions, the service from the employees was excellent. A big thank you to the young lady who took our order and the rest of the team!

(They said her name is Kee Kee)...she has No customer service skills as a manager and should be retrained. She placed cold, partially rotten peppers on my plate. I asked her to cook them. She refused. She refused to speak with me as well. She claimed she was cooking, but it was no one in there at the time. She informed my server that she was not going to cook them. This has never happened to me at any IHop, anywhere.

Now, I got chicken salad, tomato, pelle speck roasted egg. They have accused me of the cheese and hash-brauen, but they did not put on my sandwich. they gave a little bag with a syrup for 5 pancakes no butter a fork and knife pack I there at 10:00 clock and got my order not until 10:44 clock. the greeting was awesome? I'm sorry I forgot their name that I gave her a $13.00 tip, although my order was wrong! my young people ate you. my sandwich is still in the refrigerator, it's not how I wanted it....hey but someone will eat it? I think they should replace my sandwich I paid over $15 with add ons. that's the right one!

Eating was excellent. much better than most ihops in the land. demarious (probably the writing guarded) was extremely friendly, helpful, was always on the dingen. one of the better experiences in an ihop in a long time.
