I recently dined at Fazoli's in Jackson, Michigan and was impressed by their great menu and selection of delicious meals. My visit on 6-11-22 was made even better by the incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient staff. We never ran out of breadsticks, and we all left feeling satisfied. This is definitely a great spot for a quick and delicious dinner option.
I have never had a bad experience at this restaurant. The drive-thru never disappoints. The food is always delicious and I haven't had a meal this affordable in months.
My first time at Fazoli's exceeded my expectations. The food was better than expected, although not exceptional. Our orders were promptly delivered, but unfortunately, three out of seven in my group did not receive the salads they had ordered. Additionally, some of us were offered and served drinks without requesting a drink combo. Despite these errors, I would be willing to give Fazoli's another chance in the future. Overall, it was not a great experience, but I hope for better next time.
I truly adore Fazoli's, the food is consistently amazing. It's my go-to favorite place to eat and both my kids love it too. I will definitely keep coming back because I love it so much.
The staff was as friendly as usual and they helped me save money during my visit. The food was delicious as always. A+ rating.
