This is just a short walk from the train station! Absolutely gorgeous, organic array of fruit smoothies. Along with comforting hot drinks and meals that can be veganized, the environment is very warm and friendly. The best part? Wow, I was pleasantly surprised to come across this hidden gem in the middle of nowhere! I really hope this restaurant can thrive despite the lack of attention from the aging population in most small towns. The vegan options were a pleasant surprise, although I was in a rush and only grabbed a banana bottle to go, adding some vegan protein to it. Vegan protein shakes? In a tiny town like this? I was thrilled! I assume the seven-day banana thing means they use very ripe bananas to reduce waste. I wish they would provide more information about this on the menu, as vegans are usually very conscious about such things. The staff member who served me was friendly, and I enjoyed the cozy atmosphere with plants and unique decor.
