What User likes about Whataburger:
Food is delicious! The atmosphere invites you. The service is okay. Many young people who act inexperienced move slowly, they do not give enough attention to customers as they go to order. People need help and they are not attentive enough and do not move quickly. They act as if we as customers should wait all day for it. What User doesn't like about Whataburger:
This place has gone down hills until the service does not even try to dinate in, lock side or a mobile order. The only people who get their food in a decent amount of time are in the car. It took 45 minutes for me to get a single combo meal when I waited a whole bunch of people inside, just got the ride through every service. View all feedback.
