The Mug - Indianapolis

What User likes about The Mug:
I love the welcome sign, or at least I look at it as a welcome sign. I'm a fan of french fries. Especially when they're fresh hand-cut french fries. Very nice restaurant with friendly staff. I also like the fact that they have Sprecher's root beer on tap. The french fries I had we're good. Unfortunately they were out of the fresh hand-cut french fries for the night. What User doesn't like about The Mug:
I've been there a number of times and it's normally it's been a tasty and well cooked meal that I and the grandkids liked, but the last time we ordered the onion rings, and once we got into the order, we found the rings were swimming in at least a 1/2 cup of oil. I've had them before and they weren't that bad, so maybe they had a bad day. I'll probably go back again, but I'll be a bit cautious. View all feedback.
