An interesting detour! Started with the Mongolian with beef and fried rice. The beef was tasty but my wife was suspect that it was actually beef. I was happy with the flavor though the texture was a bit different. Sauce was delicious. Decided to go back for a chicken fried rice and it tasted like brown rice with lots of salt.
