Additionally, please ensure your team updates the Tracker app when an order is ready. I waited 20 minutes beyond the estimated time for an update, but it never came. When I finally picked it up, it was lukewarm. They really need to improve to retain their customers, especially since there are four other competing pizza chains nearby that would be happy to sell me a quality product. Thank you.
