Little Caesars Pizza - Huntsville

8/5/2022 I order online via the app and write a time to pick up 18 clock. when I arrived at 18 o'clock, the driveway was around the building and it moved very slowly. I came to the window at 18:15. the person in the window says that my order has not yet been completed and simply back in the drive-duration line. I couldn't do that because I need to pick people from another place. I was told that my order was ready when I returned. When I came back at 18:45, I went into the window and said they had no record of the command. I asked for a refund. I was told the manager was on another line and they took my information. No one called me or told me I had received a refund.8/6/2022 had not heard of the little caesars yet, I went to the location and asked for my refund and was told that it was processed and I would get it in two factory days. I have no email, text, etc. to confirm that I get a refund, except a verbal of person on the thru window

What is the point in having a phone but never answering it? What is the point in trying to set up an online order for a certain pickup time if it will never allow you? You literally can't get pizza from this location without going through the drive through which is usually wrapped around the building.

This pizza had to be sitting in a hot box for at least 3-4 hours. Never had a pizza this bad. Had to be ripped apart), this place needs to be shut down. I honestly think ima be sick to my stomach. Everyone has problems with store in particular, idk why the owners don't respond or fix the problems.

The worst customer service ever, out of everything only regular pizza's 1 hour from closing. This little Cesar's is absolutely disgraceful.

Went through drive threw and after placing order asked to park 15 min and to come back through drive threw, and finally get up to window and pick up to what I assume my whole entire order right? After I have ordered abs sat 15 min and went through drive threw once again. I get home and guess what? Yep you guessed it my order was wrong. I'm tired, worn out from running my kids with football and now this. So what I gotta do now is get on the phone and call them. I call to tell them my order is wrong, you know what I gotta do now, yep leave and go pick up my pizza they forgot. And you know what I gotta go back through the dang drive threw once again. And I get to window and they offer a 2 litter soda so I pick a Pepsi. And I get home and make me a plate finally and pour a nice glass of ice cold Pepsi and finally get to sit down and relax. And I take a big gulp of my refreshing drink and it is the most awful drink I ever put in my mouth, it wasn't flat, it wasn't expired, but it was absolutely awful. It obviously had been tampered with or something, thank goodness I didn't die from it. I will say this things are never free, you gotta pay for it somehow, and if you decide to come to this Lil Ceasars pizza, don't be tired, or worn out and have a ton of patients because you gonna need them.I got a lot better service this time, and food was fresh and service was good. Just need to go early.
