The authentic and flavorful ramen at this restaurant in Houston is definitely worth trying. The beautiful ambiance and excellent customer service make for a great dining experience. Has this restaurant changed ownership? Perhaps it's Sunday and the regular chef isn't working? I haven't visited in a while and although all the necessary ingredients are there, everything seemed rushed.
