My husband and I went to Chili's tonight and had a fantastic experience. Our server Michael was excellent! He took the time to address us by our names, making us feel like valued customers. His customer service skills were exceptional, ensuring we were satisfied with our food and drinks and checking on us regularly. This young man definitely has a bright future ahead of him. My coworkers and I went to this restaurant together and had a terrible experience. The service was the worst we have ever had - it took 25 minutes just to get our drink orders taken. The restaurant was extremely slow, with only 2 other tables seated at the end of our service. The whole ordeal took almost 2 hours, which was unacceptable. We couldn't even get refills on our drinks.
