Ross always makes my day with his little notes just this morning I went and they all told me hello through the drive thru window! My wife and I go to Starbucks all over the world and she always gets the same drink. Every other store has made my wife's drink as she ordered it until today. From Los Angeles, Boulder Co, cabo san lucas Mexico, Branson Missouri, Orlando, Biloxi and many others need a lesson from this manager that they shouldn't make my wife's drink.
