Starbucks - Houma

We waited 12 minutes for our lattes and asked why were there so late we already eat our sandwiches they responded they’d be ready in another 12 minutes.24 minutes to wait for Lotte‘s is just too long. We asked for a refund and they did refund the Lattes but they should’ve refunded the sandwiches as a gesture.

The grande one in the front was supposed to be a vanilla sweet cream nitro cold brew. I’m not an expert barista, but I’ve had enough nitro cold brews to know it doesn’t look or taste like this did. Disappointing.

Spent 40 minutes in line. the baristas in drive thru asked me if i wanted whip with my oatmilk latte. i said yes and got an extra shot. no whip added or extra shot. i paid 8 dollars for a drink that tasted like hot milk. and wasted almost an hour of my time doing it. i used to work for starbucks, this was upsetting to say the least. i will not be returning.

I went in to get my coffee the other night after work, and I’d been having a pretty rough day. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with a smiling face and a warm welcome. The barista, their name was Carter, continued to ask about my day and listen when I ranted about it. Will definitely be coming back. Thank y’all for the great service!!

I've always had great service at this Starbucks. The service is great and the employees are very professional.
