Both Beatrice the hostess and our waitress Selina were top shelf and the lunch specials were delicious.
The flounder was incredible! It was my first time trying it, and I'm so thankful the staff suggested it. The meal ended perfectly with a delicious cheesecake. People often expect great things from a Louisiana kitchen, but that’s not always guaranteed.

Dining at this hidden gem by the waterway in Houma, Louisiana, was a truly wonderful experience. The second-generation owners are doing an exceptional job of providing some of the best cuisine in the area. Every seat boasts a stunning view, enhancing the charming atmosphere. The food is incredibly fresh and prepared to order for each guest. Additionally, the staff is both efficient and attentive, offering impeccable service throughout the meal.
We were unfamiliar with the area, so we felt a bit out of place walking into the restaurant on a Saturday evening after our boat trip. However, it turned out to be a lovely spot that typically requires reservations, but they kindly accommodated us without one. The waitstaff was very friendly, and the ambiance was warm and welcoming. The food was incredibly tasty! We ordered the blackened Mahi Mahi, a veal dish (the name of which I can’t remember), and the hamburger steak, and we all enjoyed our selections. We will definitely be back!
