Happened across this simple cantina on a day's drive through Basque Spain a basic menu of tapas and several delicious looking tortillas on display. Drank local wine, ate croquettes of jam and salt cod, the carnivore among us loved the slices of gelatinous pigs trotters and I adored the flash fried tiny squid.
