this is the best grill restaurant in the southwestern suburbs. the ribs are never too hard, they are professional in the sense that they give a real family vibe when they are there. the portions are excellent (they do not load their order with frits) and the sauce is great! I dined at this restaurant, but I found everything to be terrible. The staff were impolite, ignorant, and untrustworthy. The young woman at the front counter appeared to lack basic personal hygiene. I ultimately chose not to eat there. It was difficult to get a refund, but I eventually received it. I will never return or suggest this place to others. View all feedback.
