Uncle John's B-que - Homewood

I strongly advise against visiting Uncle Johns BBQ. They have poor business practices and refuse to acknowledge their mistakes. My experience was disappointing as they gave me the wrong order and overcharged me for it. Additionally, I ordered hot links but did not receive any. Despite their policy of checking orders, their lack of attention to detail is concerning. The food was also subpar. I recommend avoiding this establishment, but if you do decide to go, make sure to double-check your order. I am extremely disappointed and upset with my experience.

This restaurant is terrible. The BBQ sauce was watered down and had no flavor. I spoke with the cook who was very rude and insisted that the sauce was the flavor. Everyone who works here is rude and they do not give refunds. The cashier lacks professionalism. Please do not spend your money here. I spoke with the owner who was also rude and did not want to hear any criticism. When I asked if she read the reviews, she said yes, so why are they okay with all the bad reviews that have not been responded to? Every review I have read mentions how disgusting this place is. It's hard to believe they have so many bad reviews and are still in business without making any changes to their recipe. I ended up giving my food to a homeless man so my money wouldn't go to waste.

Homewood location: Ordered a Jumbo rib tip and 2 chicken wing dinner. Unfortunately, I have to give a 2 star for taste. The rib tasted old considering it was after 3pm. One of the cooks was eating outside and tossed his container in the outside garbagecan and didn't wash his hands upon entering the store and proceeded to eat chicken with his bare hands. I complained to thecashier and she didn't addressed the observation. I should have followed my instinct and left. $40.00 of waste. I tossed outthe food.

Ordered small tip. It consists of 7 tips maybe hand full of fries. My first time ordering from them. DEFINITELY last. Tried calling to talk to someone but no answer. VERY disappointed VERY. 15dollars for small tip. Food not that good either.
