As I have always said, the service can make or break a restaurant of any kind. Today was particularly bad...a full 12 minutes for a half sandwich and salad. It wasn't even close to being busy.. I finally went to the counter and there it was... Juuuuuusssttt, who was sitting there. I'm still at the counter and was completely ignored. Workers saw my food sitting there. Nobody even tried.
