What User doesn't like about Mcalister's Deli:
As I have always said, the service can make or break a restaurant of any kind. Today was particularly bad...a full 12 minutes for a half sandwich and salad. It wasn't even close to being busy.. I finally went to the counter and there it was... Juuuuuusssttt, who was sitting there. I'm still at the counter and was completely ignored. Workers saw my food sitting there. Nobody even tried. It's one of the best dining places to go in this area. The food is top notch, the service is good, and the food is the best I have had out of all the other restaurants. Totally recommend eating here.Food: 5/5
Food was great, but the dining room had little to no air conditioning.....kitchen did, thankfully!Food: 5/5
Came in with a group of 14 people. Waited nearly an hour for our food, 1 of our orders was forgotten, we had 2 wrong orders, and one person in our party had a long hair in their sandwich. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone who wants good service.
