Pros This Pizza Express is well located close to Hertford town centre, and is a fairly large restaurant. It's well decorated in a cosy, traditional style and there is plenty of seating and tables available. Ate here whilst in town on business, unfortunately wine was served in a dirty glass, which was changed but couldn't guarantee that it was fresh wine rather than simply tipped into a clean glass. When the bill came they had also overcharged for a 250ml instead of 175ml. Waiter sorted it out, but there is absolutely no excuse for dirty glasses.
