Pros This Pizza Express is well located close to Hertford town centre, and is a fairly large restaurant. It's well decorated in a cosy, traditional style and there is plenty of seating and tables available. The menu is standard Pizza Express fare, and the food is cooked well and delivered by friendly, happy staff (our waiter was also as hot as the food ; and the menu is also reasonably priced. Ate here whilst in town on business, unfortunately wine was served in a dirty glass, which was changed but couldn't guarantee that it was fresh wine rather than simply tipped into a clean glass. When the bill came they had also overcharged for a 250ml instead of 175ml. Waiter sorted it out, but there is absolutely no excuse for dirty glasses. Pizza was good, but would not visit this site again! View all feedback.
