Was Walter Ritchey at Casey's a mag?
I absolutely love this location! I always make a stop here on my way to the farm. They offer 91 octane gas without ethanol, which is a huge plus. The coffee makers inside grind fresh beans, and their black coffee is among the best I've ever tasted. I particularly enjoy their house blend. I ordered from this restaurant for the second time last night, and I'm disappointed to say that both the pizza and chicken wings were excessively salty and overcooked. I specifically requested a thin crust, but received the regular crust instead. Unfortunately, I won't be ordering from them again. Worst Casey's. No food, in the mornings. Card reader is broke. Owner needs to be replaced by corporate!!!!
I would love nothing more then too give you 0 stars. 2 days in a row dealing with attitudes the hermann store. Tried to order my replacement pizza tonight and got nope we aren't going to make it for you ,, even though I have it in my voice-mailto show them there manager approved it . Even states their name .. I'm seriously tired of this from this location. I was surehoping it would have gotten better ,, this would have never happened had Jen stayed in hermann
It feels like they're always out of stock on something. The fountain drinks are often unavailable, along with lids and straws. The hot food section is usually empty or nearly empty. Despite long lines stretching to the back of the store, employees just stand around instead of opening another register to help customers faster. I don't get why checkout takes so long. Having worked in convenience stores before, I know someone would jump on the extra register to move the line along. My manager would never have allowed staff to just stand there while customers waited so long.
I truly appreciate the friendly and efficient staff at Casey's! I'm always greeted with a smile and rarely have to wait long, even when it's busy. The pizza is delicious, and the quick, pleasant service has been a constant throughout my visits. Thank you!
I visited Casey's and was served by Lindsay at the register—she was fantastic. I was really impressed by how clean the store was; it used to be quite unpleasant before they relocated. I will definitely be returning.
