This restaurant offers a variety of special drinks and delicious food. The establishment was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. One staff member even helped my friend carry our drinks upstairs to the loft where we were staying at Stomp'n Grounds. I highly recommend this place!
Large small coffee shop with a limited but tasty menu serves breakfast and lunch during full business hours. This is our favorite coffee shop in Hermann. Try her biscuits and Gravy or her ham, Croissant egg cheese. Your coffee is smooth and tasty (the woman says) but also try their hot chocolate with homemade cream on top fantastic!
This little coffee shop is eclectic and charming! The ambiance is nice. A balance of natural light with its big storefront windows and the yellow glow of the incandescent lighting. It felt modern, but with a nod to its historical past. The hardware on the bathroom door is what stood out to me. The brick. The wood. The energy in this place felt really welcoming. The staff, including our hostess, Larissa were all friendly and patient with our extra long visit. We hung out for a couple of hours catching up on everything happening in our lives. The pastries were baked daily and were absolutely delicious! My friend had the scone and I had a cinnamon roll to go. Homemade and generously glazed to ooey gooey perfection! Absolutely worth a visit!
My favorite coffee shop in Hermann! They serve excellent coffee, and the staff is wonderful.
I visited on July 22, 2023, with my family, hoping to find a good place to eat. We each placed our orders separately. I requested a receipt, but unfortunately, I never received one. They mentioned that we should listen for our names when our food was ready, so I waited for about 30 minutes. When the last member of our party received their food and mine still hadn’t arrived, I inquired about it. The clerk informed me that someone else must have taken my sandwiches and that this happens regularly — but no one ever called out my name for the order. I expressed my concern about their food order system, and asked for a refund for my sandwich, though my wife still wanted hers. The staff was unhelpful, showing little sympathy or apology. I've lived in Chicago and St. Petersburg for most of my life, and I've never experienced anything like this before. Hermann, MO, is a lovely town with plenty of other great breakfast options. I would recommend avoiding this restaurant.
