One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. They advertise a “buy nine burritos, get the tenth free” deal, but the catch is that it only applies if you visit on separate occasions! When you buy six burritos, you receive a credit, but if you purchase nine burritos at once, you still have to make eight more visits to redeem the free one!
