One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. They advertise a “buy nine burritos, get the tenth free” deal, but the catch is that it only applies if you visit on separate occasions! When you buy six burritos, you receive a credit, but if you purchase nine burritos at once, you still have to make eight more visits to redeem the free one! This restriction isn’t mentioned until you’re at the register. What a frustrating experience!
