This restaurant offers a diverse array of Thai desserts, including fried buns, doughnuts with pandan jam, and pandan rice cakes. While the food is described as slightly above average and somewhat tailored for tourists, the menu also features standout dishes like chicken pillow and red duck curry served in a whole coconut. The service, however, has received mixed reviews, with issues related to disorganization, slow preparation, and missing orders. Despite these shortcomings, many customers have praised the delicious flavors, friendly staff, and live music ambiance that make dining at this restaurant a memorable experience.
What Jack Philpott likes about Thanon Khao San:
Excellent Thai restaurant. Very authentic, staff was friendly, food was so tasty. Great price and they got a little dessert bar outside too if you want to bring desserts home. I would love to get some mango sticky rice but I was too full. Maybe next time. Definitely I will come back again. View all feedback.
What Logan Kreiger doesn't like about Thanon Khao San:
