Actually, they have the best sandwiches I've ever had. The acidic dough they make is incredible and all their ingredients are fresh, local, seasonal and always together for an incredible flavor combination. While prices may be somewhat higher than you would like for a daily sandwich, I would not have a problem buying their sandwiches every day because they are worth it. What User doesn't like about Gray Jay Provisions:
This was a good place to eat. It is a little pricey. I got the pork sandwich, which was fresh and tasty. It was a little heavy on the mustard which was really strong. The fresh sourdough bread was great, but in my opinion the outer crust was too hard for a sandwich. Its great that they have their produtcs locally farmed. I feel they cater to a specific crowd unfortunately, its just not me. View all feedback.
