Actually, they have the best sandwiches I've ever had. The acidic dough they make is incredible and all their ingredients are fresh, local, seasonal and always together for an incredible flavor combination. What User doesn't like about Gray Jay Provisions:
This was a good place to eat. It is a little pricey. I got the pork sandwich, which was fresh and tasty. It was a little heavy on the mustard which was really strong. The fresh sourdough bread was great, but in my opinion the outer crust was too hard for a sandwich. Its great that they have their produtcs locally farmed. I feel they cater to a specific crowd unfortunately, its just not me. View all feedback.

I love this place! The food here is fantastic. One for her bread. Basically, everything with him is my favorite. Two because they are super creative while they are still secret and tasty. Get the tomato soup, you won't regret it. When you visit the city, this is a must to stop. If you are local, it is such a simple place to be a regular, because it feels kind of like at home. In addition, they have a monthly pop-up memory that you should consider going HIGHLY. A small group of people all come together at a large long table, while Koch Seth brings course after the course of stunning seasonal delights. There is really the feeling that belong to a larger community and honestly it tastes really good.
Enjoy your soups. Your sourdough bread is delicious. The sandwiches are great. I feel like every time I go, I've been exploited a bit. The prices are exorbitant. I think ym gf and I ate there for two people for $50 for lunch, what for how much you got was a bit weird. Tomato soup should die.
Delicious food and beautiful presentation. They definitely live food. Not your average soup and salad space and can be a little expensive for students. Your pop-up meal sounds like a great weekend. I definitely go back.
Visited shortly before closing yesterday. The staff were friendly and happy to share their opinions on the various foods they offered that worked with being pescatarian. The interior is thoughtfully laid out, with a diverse mixture of seating arrangements, from casual, to high tops, and traditional restaurant style. The walls are tastefully decorated and scattered throughout the store are displays showcasing wide selection of provisions, coffee, tea, honey, cured meat, cheese, and beverages they offer. It is hard to imagine that at one time this building housed a convenience store and a fish mongers. I ordered the tuna sandwich to go. The sourdough bread was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Good sized serving of tuna with the right compliment of spread, lettuce and relish. I also ordered a large sourdough loaf to take for home. A choice I certainly didn't regret!
