The hostess seemed overwhelmed and unable to handle the high volume of customers. Although they were very busy, our reservations should have been honored. We were visiting JMU for admitted students weekend. Unfortunately, it was also Valentines Day. We were not aware that there was going to be a limited menu. When our waitress asked the owner, Sal, if the kitchen could do a pasta only dish the response was no, must be on the menu. The Valentine menu was a very limited menu with no pasta only dishes.
