Today was my first time in mod Pizza. My friend suggested that I try it because she said that the food is good and you can make your own pizza. I ordered online but even though the food was not exactly ready when I came, a staff member named Jesse was Splendid at customer service he put a smile on my face and made me feel very welcome. This is by far the worst Mod Pizza I have ever been. There is a long line and they only have one person helping in-store customers. I was 2 customers back and stood in line for almost 30 minutes. I have been standing here for almost 5 minutes waiting to pay. I wouldn't waste my time coming here again and recommend any new customers steer clear. View all feedback.
