The girl that my order on the drive-thru had the customer service skills of squidward. it was as if I interrupted her social time by being her only customer on the plot in the middle of the afternoon. she laughed at something like I said my order, she took my card without saying anything, then I tried to ask her a question about the menu (something about the beyond huh) when I got my card back and she ignored me and closed the window I spoke. a guy gave me that, although he at least told me I had a nice day.
This location should be shut down. The customer service is terrible. I placed an order online that was supposed to be ready in 25-30 minutes. When I arrived and waited in the drive-thru line, they informed me that they hadn't started cooking the chicken yet and it would be another 17 minutes. Frustrated, I left and returned in 20 minutes only to be told by the cashier that the fryer was not working and they were unable to cook the chicken or provide a refund.

Visit at 3:0cl today bought a 4pc combo but I told the young lady I didn't want the drink but I would pay extra for a biscuit.get up to the window no breast and wing in regular so I got it in extra crispy chicken well that was bad the chicken wasburnt and I had to get back in line to buy 2biscuits for 2.49well what a sad day all trashed can't eat burnt food lost acustomer but they don't care
The food do not taste the same. The people are nasty taking and slow. It not pleasant and the speaker out side be noisy. Be Blessed!
