Cracker Barrel is a great restaurant. The food traditionally is delicious and every time I've went, the service was on point. I've seen some of these 1 and 2 star reviews and I think that comes down to the patience of people now a days. There is a shortage of workers everywhere you go so you have to expect delays. We have been here for almost 20 mins still haven't got drinks yet...very poor service it is the night before Christmas 7:31 pm. OUR SERVER SUCKS IF WE HAD ONE. This place went to Hell used to be so much better. Please hire people who know what they are doing. Wooow still no drinks after 25 minutes we need a discount!!! View all feedback.
