At this Panera location, the culinary offerings consistently satisfy, but customer service leaves much to be desired. Long wait times and forgotten items plague many patrons, creating frustration during seemingly simple online pick-up orders. Compounding the issue, some staff members demonstrate a lack of professionalism, occasionally dismissing customers before closing time. However, not all experiences are negative; some visitors have praised the cleanliness of the space and the friendliness of certain employees. Overall, while the food here remains a reliable choice, the inconsistency in service may drive some to seek alternatives.
Urine on the floor in the bathroom. Dirty, out of most ingredients that make up most popular reason like croutons, ???? bread!!! ???? Look all tables available full of trash! I want my money back asap
The customer service at this restaurant was poor. Despite the store hours clearly indicating that it was not yet closing time (9pm), the staff refused to serve me when I entered 20 minutes prior to the posted closing time. Their response when questioned about why the door was still open was unprofessional and rude.
The food took an unusually long time to arrive, even though the restaurant wasn't crowded. The coffee was cold, and they ran out of urns. No one came by to check on us during our visit. On a positive note, the staff were very friendly.
I ordered the full-sized Fuji apple chicken salad, which should have come with chicken, but instead, I received a half-sized salad without any chicken. I definitely won’t be returning.
If you have the chance to meet Connie and enjoy her amazing personality and sense of humor, you're in for a treat. She truly made my evening unforgettable.
