Last week I got a tuna un which and the tuna was forgotten. I called the location and they apologized profusely. I couldn?t come back immediately so They told me to come in and give my name the next visit my sandwich would be on them. I was skeptical that it would be honored since it was an informal call and I didn?t give much information. Sure enough today I went in and an entirely different staff knew all about it!... Make an order for lunch before my lunch break. Now I'm 40 minutes in my lunch break and I'm still delivering. It's totally unthinkable. The jimmy johns on daul highway in hagerstown Md ever again I will inherit and make sure you never say that you order from there again. I'm 10 minutes from Thier Shop. And we order thier alot .
