Last week I got a tuna un which and the tuna was forgotten. I called the location and they apologized profusely. I couldn?t come back immediately so They told me to come in and give my name the next visit my sandwich would be on them. I was skeptical that it would be honored since it was an informal call and I didn?t give much information. Sure enough today I went in and an entirely different staff knew all about it!... Make an order for lunch before my lunch break. Now I'm 40 minutes in my lunch break and I'm still delivering. It's totally unthinkable. The jimmy johns on daul highway in hagerstown Md ever again I will inherit and make sure you never say that you order from there again. I'm 10 minutes from Thier Shop. And we order thier alot . The service was nothing from the ordinary. We got our sandwiches fast.

They made me a new sandwich also handed me a coupon for my next visit. I work in customer service know mistakes happen I also appreciate people who are happy to fix them and go above and beyond. Thanks guys!
I ordered a turkey and bacon sub with hot peppers. It was very tasty and I enjoyed it. The people working were friendly and cordial.
