Exceptional customer service. I have a unique name and it is never guessed/spelled right when I order a drink, which is, of course, not a big deal. The baristas working at this Starbucks took the time to look at my app to see how my name was spelled, and called it correctly when my order was ready. It was an incredibly sweet gesture that made my entire day. And my drink was delicious too! View all feedback.
