I was a bit unsure about visiting this restaurant because of the mixed reviews, but I couldn't resist the hat so I decided to give it a try. I went on February 12th at 11:30, just 30 minutes after they opened. My pizza was prepared promptly and it was delicious. The customer service was respectful. After waiting for two hours for my order, I had to call 10 minutes before closing to inquire about the status of my food delivery. Without my call, I would not have received a refund for my undelivered order. I was hesitant to provide my credit card information over the phone in order to receive the refund.
