I was a bit unsure about visiting this restaurant because of the mixed reviews, but I couldn't resist the hat so I decided to give it a try. I went on February 12th at 11:30, just 30 minutes after they opened. My pizza was prepared promptly and it was delicious. The customer service was respectful. What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
After waiting for two hours for my order, I had to call 10 minutes before closing to inquire about the status of my food delivery. Without my call, I would not have received a refund for my undelivered order. I was hesitant to provide my credit card information over the phone in order to receive the refund. Customer service worst I have ever experienced at a pizza place. when they called the load to put an order they took my order, took my card information, then put me in the handle for over 10 minutes and never came back on the line. when I then retrieved, the same person I had just spoken began laughing on the phone and said the load was closed at 7:30 a.m. on a Friday night! the owners should be angry that they have workers who do this, and they need to correct this, as I now have to cancel my debit card because of the possibility of this. I will never order from this place again and will call the police if I tried any transactions on my card.
New location tipped 4.00 and the pizza and wings was cold. Was not even a little bit warm. Took 2 hours to get to my house. I asked them to put the food in the chair and call upon arrival and they rung the door bell.. The top of the box the wings came in was smashed the wings were just thrown together.. They aren’t answering the phone. Very disappointed..
My family and I love Pizza Hut and tend to pick them over other competitors. When ordering today at 7:38pm from3776 S Hamilton rdGroveport, OH 43125. I was told my DELIVERY order would be here in 1 hour. Instead of getting a delivered pizza at 8:38pm. I got a call from Gabe at 8:39pm who informed me he was the manager, and that not only was my pizza not being delivered . But instead I can pick it up, door dash or sorry about my luck because they did not have a delivery driver. Almost in those exact words. Now, of course I can understand them not having a driver. What I can't understand is the fact that they took a DELIVERY ORDER knowing they didn't have a driver. I also don't appreciate Gabe's very unapologetic and rude demeanor towards me when I asked why when my pizza should literally be delivered at this very moment. Are you just calling me and telling me it's not coming and there would be no compensation for their lack of incompetence and terrible customer service skills. Definitely not cool and won't be ordering from anywhere where Gabe MANAGES
Ordered a pizza at 10pm, arrived at 10:30 to pick it up. They said they are going to have to cancel my order because they are not accepting orders and they are out of everything. She told me my money would be refunded in 7 to 10 business days. I replied what is the last 4 of the card number. She said I dont know... Well how are you going to refund me when I didn't pay over the phone and why wouldn't yall call to cancel before I drove all the way here. Again she said she didn't know..
(Worst Pizza Hut Ever!!! Close it down. Jesus 3 hours I waited for delivery. Was supposed to be 1 hour. Called to ask where my food was and was told they cancelled my order even though I paid. Manager said I'll make the food and have it out I'm 30 mins. Well 45 mins later no food. Called again team member said they cancelled it again, told them I talked to a manager and they said it's leaving now so even more time. Unprofessional you all want $15 an hour but can't do your job right or even pick up the phones half the time. Please Owners fire them and start fresh. This is ridiculous. And won't be tolerated. I'll be sure this goes on the community page asap. On a side not the white man about mid 30s or mid 40s was very kind and saying he apologizs for everything. Told me to check my food before he went. He was the best part about this whole experience
