Usually during that time of the day Panera is always very busy, the first red flag is when we walked in to this Panera there was only 2 tables and couple people ordering to go. It makes sense that it wasn’t busy after the service and the cleanliness of the store. I had to wait ~5 minutes for someone to show up and get a bottle of water.
