What Omar TURAN doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Usually during that time of the day Panera is always very busy, the first red flag is when we walked in to this Panera there was only 2 tables and couple people ordering to go. It makes sense that it wasn’t busy after the service and the cleanliness of the store. I had to wait ~5 minutes for someone to show up and get a bottle of water. I would give 5 stars but the only complaint is that they never answer their phone, I’ve called at non busy hours and not even close to lunch time and they’ve still never answered. View all feedback.
