Despite some negative experiences with the staff, including rudeness and lack of manners, there were some positives noted such as a hardworking manager who provided good service during a busy visit. However, issues with the rewards system were also reported. The vegetarian options were found to be lacking and wait times were long both in the drive-thru and inside the restaurant. Overall, the lack of basic etiquette from employees was disappointing. Despite some highlights, this Tim Hortons location left much to be desired in terms of customer service and efficiency.
