This Tim Hortons in the Niagara Region has the worst customer service and attention to detail. During my visit, I ordered a crispy chicken bowl, a turkey club combo with peach juice and wedges. When I went to pay at the window, they forgot my peach juice. They eventually got it for me, but as I was on my way to work, I realized the wedges were missing. However, issues with the rewards system were also reported. The vegetarian options were found to be lacking and wait times were long both in the drive-thru and inside the restaurant. Overall, the lack of basic etiquette from employees was disappointing. Despite some highlights, this Tim Hortons location left much to be desired in terms of customer service and efficiency.
