I walked into Culver's and as soon as I walked in I heard welcome in and saw beautiful smiles from all the employee's I could see. Grimes Culver's is horrendous. Because we had to have the young man go back in and get the ice cream he had forgotten, the kitchen staff decided to stuff a large chunk of a cheeseburger into my daughters ice cream. She was mortified. When I called to complain and demand to speak to a manager, I was told, there was no proof your food was tampered with. We will never return.
