I have placed my order with ease. they were pretty busy inside and the drive thru but I got my 30$ order within five minutes. the food was so fresh, the fries burned my mouth, but everyone was happy with their food. we went back to the switch after the crawl. at this time they were more busy. it took a little longer to cuddle, but the children were coughing and checking for guests who seemed to wait longer than normal. our custard was solid, not fussy with many beats. as someone working in a Custard shop, it's not as easy as people think! I could not imagine a place like culvers the amount of custard they serve on a day! be patient and friendly to the people in customer service! at least they came to work so that they can be served

Because we had to have the young man go back in and get the ice cream he had forgotten, the kitchen staff decided to stuff a large chunk of a cheeseburger into my daughters ice cream. She was mortified. When I called to complain and demand to speak to a manager, I was told, there was no proof your food was tampered with. We will never return. I would think Culver's would do better than this and hire better quality people to run your Grimes shop. Lost a life long customer.

The only issue at this location is there can be 15-20 minute wait times for your food, if there are 10 cars ahead of you or 1 car ahead, doesn’t matter.They also sometimes wait for batches of peoples foods to finish to give them in one go so your food can be done sitting there and waiting for other peoples food to finish, and your ice cream products can turn into a drink while you waitIt happens too often and can be frustrating, if it wasn’t for this would be 5 stars
