I did notice there were children at this bar... read more Quite a nice upmarket bar in the Griffith area. Restaurant section is off to one side and bar section at the front. I did notice there were children at this bar which I found odd as the doesn't quite scream family pub to me. Decent selection of wines and I liked that we only had to walk 10mins from the East Hotel to get here.

I ordered the nasi goreng and to my surprise was very flavorful and tasty.

Stopped in with four work colleagues for a beer and dinner, and all of us found it excellent. I had the Peri Peri Chicken Burger, which was outstanding. My only... read more Stopped in with four work colleagues for a beer and dinner, and all of us found it excellent. I had the Peri Peri Chicken Burger, which was outstanding. My only improvement would be to serve it with wedges or more substantial chips (it came with a ton of shoestring fries…too much like McCains for my liking).

Seemed a lot of the locals visit here, but managed to find a table with not too much trouble. Pay a visit to the Public.
