Our first time in this place, I love the opportunity to cook your food on your own! And the food we ordered from the kitchen was also delicious. I would say that parts were on a smaller size. The BBQ said that enough for 2-4 people the sauce / onions and mushrooms were provided hardly enough for 2 of us. The service was not the best. I do think 9 Roses suffers a little in quality because they do too many things. With a menu this big, not everything can be a hit. I get better Chinese at restaurants that are specifically Chinese. Same with Vietnamese. I've never had anything bad here, but nothing is so overwhelmingly good that I go back for it.
