I was getting a decaf iced coffee for my son with my mocha. I'm always paranoid because there was a time where it was definitely not decaf. IYKYK parents ? anyway I asked after the decaf status and because she couldn't confirm who'd made the drink she remade it completely just to make sure. Definitely went above and beyond. I ordered an iced coffee with whole milk. They didn’t understand the order and gave me a venti sized cup with nothing but milk in it. Not even one drop of coffee. I guess they thought I meant a whole cup of milk?? They were so confused when I asked them to remake it.
